Provide a note book training that one can refer back to after the training.

Short breaks in between session



What you can do better:

Ensure the note book contains all the topics that have been touched extensively during the training.
Invite your customer to bring a real case they would like to use to apply what they have learned - This can be use as an exercise to help them meet their learning objectives and ensure they are able to reuse without help.
