"Having attended a couple of open STL Excel programmes (intermediate and advanced) I wanted to look at some specific activities in more depth. I contacted their them to ask if this could be arranged and followed up with an outline of my requirements.

Over a few conversations and emails we agreed the appropriate syllabus and set up a one to one session with a trainer. This was all handled efficiently and promptly even overcoming the logistical difficulties of my computer crashing and STL staff having to come up with a work around so I could book over the phone whilst out of the country.

The training session was very good focussing solely on my pre agreed requirements with the trainer constantly checking my understanding and priorities. The real benefit over a public course is that I could I stay on those items where I needed more time and skip quickly through those that did not. A completely beneficial and informative days training and well worth the additional cost."
