"Really great course. Tutor was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and patient.

Only constructive comment is there was a vast range of experience amongst the delegates but time was lost due to one or two of the delegates who had very little IT experience and were not really following. Perhaps they could be politely encouraged to 'just do their best given there is so much to get through today' with the promise of additional training resources to be provided to them later."
