"Potentially split the course from Introduction and Intermediate, there are people who fall between introduction and advanced and for them the introductory pieces may be covering ground they are already familiar with, having a purely intermediate course could be more challenging.

"I actually really enjoyed the course (first time for everything) and think I gained some valuable skills. The difference between being taught by people within the organisation and hired professionals is apparent.

I would suggest an additional day to the course to cover effective leadership, as day 1 was training and day 2 was mentoring, leading would be useful and I believe we had the right setting for it."
