PRINCE2® (based on the acronym Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scale able method for the management of all types of projects. PRINCE2® is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is applied worldwide.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for people looking to learn industry standard PRINCE2® project management practices. And also people currently in or looking to move into project management and wanting to validate their PRINCE2® knowledge.

Objectives

This 5 day course offers a thorough understanding of PRINCE2® project management methodology. The roles, principles, themes and processes that form the structure of PRINCE2® will be covered along with an explanation of the various PRINCE2® management products that support delivery of projects in a coordinated, consistent and transparent manner. This course includes both the PrMS and PrMS+ certifications.

Prerequisites

Some experience of working in projects would be of benefit before attending the PRINCE2® Foundation course; however it is not strictly necessary.
