If you would like to ensure that the same message is sent out, with the same font sizes, style etc then you can create an email template (.oft) which can be used as a basis of new messages that are sent out.

Otherwise if you are looking for something that will do a bulk mailout to all contacts in an address book, then you would likely need another piece of software that would do this for you.
