Powerpoint video files

I have had trouble getting some video clips to run in powerpoint, are there particular video file formats that ppt 2003 is not compatible with?

RE: Powerpoint video files

Hi Mike,

AVI is the most compatible format.

PowerPoint-friendly video formats are AVI, MPG and WMV.

It can also depend on which platform you are running powerpoint (Windows or MacOS) as Macs may have more support for QuickTime formats.

Hope this helps.

Regards, Rich
