Thank you for your question.

You can link an Excel spreadsheet to a PowerPoint file by going to the Insert ribbon, Text group and clicking the Object button. Select Create from file, then browse to where your spreadsheet is and select it. Tick the Link box under where you see the name of the Excel file displayed in the File: box.
Then click OK.

From memory only the data that is stored in the first/top sheet in your Excel file will be imported and linked to, therefore whatever data you want to be linked to the PowerPoint presentation must be displayed in the first/top sheet of the Excel file.
