How do you insert graphics into Powerpoint 2007??

RE: Slide Shows

Hi Maria

Thank you for your question.

To insert a picture from your computer into a presentation, go to the Insert ribbon and click the Picture button, then navigate to and select the picture you wish to insert. Then click OK.

To insert SmartArt diagrams, go to the Insert ribbon and click the SmartArt button, choose your SmartArt diagram and click OK.

You can also insert charts from the Insert ribbon.

PowerPoint tip:

Rearrange bulleted text quickly

Here are some handy shortcut keys for rearranging bullet points on your slides.

Simply click anywhere within the bullet point you wish to reposition; then hold down Shift + Alt then use the Arrow Up or Arrow Down key depending on which direction you want to move the bullet point in (up or down).

The bullet point will move up or down one bullet point at a time.
