Microsoft Office Online has lots of clipart, pictures, animations and sounds that you can download to use in PowerPoint.

Go to http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/clipart/default.aspx (you can access this directly in PowerPoint provided you are connected to the internet by going to Insert - Picture - ClipArt in PowerPoint then clicking the Clips online link at the bottom of the clipart search area at the right of the screen).

Enter you search term(s) in the search box at the top of the screen, then use the dropdown arrow on the search button to select Animations.

You can then select the animated clips you wish to download by ticking them - they will accumulate in a 'basket' on the left hand side of the screen which you can download into PowerPoint ClipArt Gallery once you've finished selecting clips.
