Attachments in outlook

in outlook 2003, how do i make sure any attachments i send/recieve appear at the top in the bar underneath the name/cc/bcc/subject?

at the moment they are sending in the body of the email

RE: attachments in outlook

Hi Debbie

You will need to change Outlook in Tools, Options, Mail Format tab - change 'Compose in ths message format': to HTML

Rich Text format with 2 boxes unchecked always puts attachment into body of message.

Hope this helps
Regards
Sandy
