Applying a master slide to an existing presentation
how can I change the format to my existing presentations so they match in with a pre-set master slide?
thanks

RE: applying a master slide to an existing presentation
Hi Rachel
Thank you for your question.
If the master slide you wish to use is saved as a template file (.pot file) then you can apply it to an existing presentation by going to Format-Slide Design, then click the Browse link at the bottom of the task pane on the right-hand side of the screen.
This way you can browse to where the template file is saved and select it to apply to your presentation.
If you wanted to speed this process up, then you could record a macro and run the macro to apply the template to each presentation (depending on how many presentations you needed to apply the template to).
If the file is not already saved as a template, then you can save a file that uses the slide master you wish to apply to your other presentations as a template (.pot) file, then apply the template to other presentations as explained above.
I hope this helps.
Amanda
