How do I link power point presentaion

Hi Mika,
Thank you for your question.
You can set hyperlink on:
1) Text or
2) Pictures / drawings (incl. action buttons from Autoshapes)
To set up hyperlink:
1) Select the object you want to link
2) CTRL+k
3) Set destination: choose presentation file
4) Click on ScreenTip > Type in screentip message (e.g. instructions / file name...etc.)
5) Press Ok

PowerPoint tip:Run presentation manuallyIf you have saved slide timings but want to run the presentaion without the timings, choose Slide Show, Set Up Show command, and under Advance Slides, click on Manually. When you want the timings on again, select Using Timings, If present. |
