How do I link a website address into every page on my presentation?

Hi Pauline. Add a text box your title/slide master with the url of the website in it, then select and right click on the text and click on hyperlink. Then add the url into the web address box. Once in slide show view you should be able to click on the hyperlink and be taken straight to the website.

Change The Powerpoint view to 16:9 ratio

In PowerPoint you can adjust the 'Page Setup' commands to change the height and/or width of the page - changing the aspect ratio.

You can make it so that the effect on screen will look similaar to the letterbox films that you see on TV - with black space above and below the picture.

Choose 'File' menu, select 'Page Setup'.

Make the Width 64 cm and the Height 36 cm.

Click OK
