Importing an Excel data

Can you just remind me which function I need to click on in order to import an excel sheet into a Powerpont slide to create a chart. I have got as far as getting the right slide template and have double clicked on the slide but i cannot remember how to get my data imported?

RE: Importing an Excel data

Hi Kate

Once you have double-clicked on the slide layout, find the Import File button on the toolbar at the top of the screen. This will allow you to browse for the file you want.

Hope this helps.
Amanda
