Macros
How do you save a macro, rename it & save to the toolbar?
RE: Macros
Hi Eva,
Thank you for the post. Once you have recorded the Macro you can drag it on to your toolbar by doing a right-click up in the menu bar and choosing the option that says Customise. Once you are in the Customise dialog box choose the tab that says Commands. Scroll down to where it says Macro and you should see the saved Macro name appear in the right hand section. If you drag the Macro from the right hand section to between the toolbars you can put the macro on your toolbar. Also right click over the button whilst the customise dialog box is open and you can rename the button.
Hope that helps
Tracy

PowerPoint tip:Showing all menu itemsIf you go into a pull down menu you usally find that you get a selection of items(this is the default) or sometimes everything. If you only get a selectiopn you have to go to the double arrows at the bottom of the menu and click it to get all of the hidden items. |
