Hi Maddie,

Thanks for the question.

The first thing you need to do is create the type of chart you want to be you default chart.

Then use the Chart menu and go down to Chart Types. Click on to the tab that says "Custom Types" and click the button that says User Define.

Then click Add

Finally click the button at the bottom that says "Set As Default"
