Macro v master slide?
Why do use the macro format to create automated repetition when you can just use the master sheet?
Are there any benefits?
RE: Macro v master slide?
Hi Amy. That depends what your automated repetition involves. This could be a reformat you have saved as a macro to use on autoshapes or text scattered through the presentation, the insertion of a table with a certain number of tables and rows, the list is endless. Essentially, the main difference is one of flexibility. Anything on the master sheet (such as a footer) gets repeated on every slide, any set of actions saved as a macro can be repeated where you specify.
Hope this helps,
Anthony
