Oranisational Chart

How do I change the shape of the boxes on the organisational chart?

RE: Oranisational Chart

Hi Camilla

Thanks for your question.

If you want to change all of the boxes in the organisational chart to the same shape, then click in the shape at the top of the chart, then use Select on the Organisation Chart toolbar and choose Branch (this selects the whole organisation chart).

Then go to Draw, Change Autoshape on the Drawing toolbar. Then you can select a different shape.

If you only want to change one box instead of all the boxes, just click on that one box then go to Draw, Change Autoshape.

PowerPoint tip:

Moving Tabs where you want

This is a powerpoint only tip.

When you are moving tabs using the ruler the pain is that they jump, but if you use the CTRL key and then click on the tab it will allow you to move it anywhere you want.
