Grayscale feature

Please could you help, I am trying to 'grey/fade' out a section (words and figures) within some presentations and have used the grayscale function, I highlight the words/figures within the presentation (text box) I want to grey out (either by selecting 'gray with white fill' or a 'light grayscale'), on screen it seems to have worked but as soon as I do a print view or slide view and in fact print the page out it has not greyed the area out at all and does not seem to register it has been done

Please could you advise?

many thanks

RE: Grayscale feature

Hi Fohzia

Thank you for your question.

Would it help you if tried adding this as a watermark? You can do this with some printers, by going into File - Print then going into Properties and having a look around for where you can set a watermark.

PowerPoint tip:

Create a photo album in Powerpoint

Powerpoint has easy to use, ready made templates, with colour and formatting all ready for you to add your photos.

This is a great way to show family photos in a fun way, you can even add music or embed videos to bring it to life.

In the File menu, select new, then select templates to select the album style to suit you.
