Copilot in PowerPoint

During the training Atlas showed us how to create a new presentation from an existing presentation template. (Using Copilot in PowerPoint). It worked well in the session but when I tried to repeat that it failed. Please can you share any notes or guidance so I can repeat the process correctly. Thank you!

Hi Lorraine,

Thanks for attending the Powerpoint training courses London, hope you found it beneficial.

Open the template file that you want to use, then go to the copilot icon from within that file and select 'Create a New Presentation'.

That will then automatically load the design to be the basis for the new presentation.

If that is still not working for you, please let me know and I can try to trouble shoot it for you.

Full Menu Display (Office 2003-2000)

One of the developments in Microsoft Office is that the Menu system has been optimized. This means that only recently used functions are displayed initially when you SINGLE CLICK on the menu.
There are many ways of getting around this:
1. DOUBLE CLICK on the menu bar, it will automatically expand
2. click on the DOUBLE ARROW you see on the bottom of the menu.
3. Wait for the menu to expand
