Thank you for your question. If your current username and password do not work, you can create a new email address and password to sign in.

In Teams, look for the link which says 'Create or use another account'. Then click on 'No account? Create one!'

In the next box, click 'Get a new email address'.

Here you create your new email address and password. When you have done this, you will be able to sign in. Please write down your new email address and password so that you don't forget it.
