Where will I locate a training course.

Please can you clarify what you are trying to achieve?

If you are asking about the ink to text function in OneNote you will need a digital pen and a compatible device (Microsoft Surface or an iPad)for this to work.

Please review Microsoft's article here about how to start doing this. This is covered in our Office 365 End User course or the OneNote Training but does require the correct hardware to work

CLOSE and SAVE ALL

Instead of closing or savng all your files one by one, you can do this in one step by holding the SHIFT key whilst clicking on the FILE menu.

You will then see a Close All and Save All option in the menu
