Loading a form

Jens

My form will not load, you have a copy of the spreadsheet.

RE: Loading a form

Hi Billy,

Thank you for the forum question and thank you for the nice feedback.

It is very strange what happen to your file today. I have tested it and the userform does load but is invisible. I can see this by pressing enter after load. This will give you the message box "Please select I-Rep option". Why it is invisible, and why only on the PCs we used on the course is a mystery. I have tried to Google it without luck.

I ended up recreating the form and I "cleaned" the codes and now everything works again.

Please find the attached file just under my signature. If you cannot see it please refresh the browser after a couple of minutes.

Please let me know if you have any problems with the file.

Kind regards

RE: Loading a form

Hello Jens

In our project we have a form called Frm5Min, I have added a button to send the completed form as an email. I am happy on the way i set this up but I'm not sure how to tell the email to send the completed form.

could you please advise!

RE: Loading a form

How do I send you an attachment?

RE: Loading a form

Hi Billy,

Thank you for the forum question.

What you want is to attach one worksheet (the form) to an email.

I have found two useful links, where you can find the solution and the code.

Excel tip:

Naming and Using Constants

Constants make calculations easier so worksheets are more easily understood. Constant values also need to be given relevant and memorably names. It is also easier to change the value of a constant.

For example:
Instead of entering 17.5% in each cell when you generate a VAT amount you could name a Constant "VAT" and assigning a "0.175" value to it. To do this:

From the 'Insert' menu select 'Name', then select 'Define'.

Enter the constant
