How do you add a subject line to the address part of the email in HTML

RE: E-NEWSLETTER

Hi Nikki,

Thanks for your question. I hope you enjoyed the Introduction to HTML training recently.

I'm the website developer for STL, so the team have asked me to respond to this question. :)

In regards to adding a subject line, it really depends on which function you are using to send the email in the back-end.

For example, which language is sending the email? PHP, ASP, RubyRails etc.

Often it's easier to install a pre-written Class or Add-in to send the email. Is there a particular plugin or add-in you are using or have 'included' at the top of your file in order to send the mail? If so, that will help me identify how to add the subject line.

If you could copy and paste the part of your code that sends the email, that could also help, but as this is a public forum, you may wish to replace any business or server sensitive information before submitting your reply.

I look forward to hearing further detail from you so we can get you your answer.

Regards, Rich
