Copying Macro-assigned shape from one workbook to another

Please first state which Training Course this forum post is about: Excel VBA

I am trying to create a Master file with all our companies needed Macros into one excel file. I'm trying to get it where each Macro is assigned to its own shape so that all people have to do is open the spreadhsheet, copy the needed shape into their own spreadsheet and click on it. I do not want them to have to mess around with any visual basic editor or inserting modules. I am trying to make the process as easy for them as possible.

Does anyone know how to do this or if it is even possible?

Thank you for the forum question.

I normally tell my clients that everything is possible in Excel, but this one I cannot help you with.

You can create VBA code from a VBA code but not by copy and paste.
