Printing

If the presentation is set up as A4, when I try to print as A5 and scale to fit page, it still doesn't scale it correctly, what am I doing wrong?

RE: Printing

Hello Amie,

Thank you for your post. What you would need to do in PowerPoint is to click File - Print, and then click the Printer Properties link. This will take you to your actual printer's settings. There, you will need to find an option to set the output size of your printed pages. Set this option to A5. That should enable the printer to print A5 pages. You can leave the page size in PowerPoint itself on A4 and you shouldn't need to do any scaling to fit.

I hope this is helpful.

Kind regards
