RE: why only one year support
Hi Imelda
Thanks for getting in touch. We have only recently started offering 2 years support through the forum. We thought we had updated every reference to it on our website but we must've missed a piece of text!
Can you let me know where you read this? Rest assured you will have 2 years forum support - I look forward to your questions!
Kind regards

RE: why only one year support
This information is provided within the feedback questionnaire on completion of the course and states that one year support is provided with an upgrade to two years if a question is posted on the forum.
My second question: I was informed by my trainer (I had one on one training) that I had the option to ask questions on any of the available courses not simply that which I undertook?
