I have a presentation which has 2 slides with a different master slide to the other 70! We would like all slides to have the same heading, but can't seem to change these two
RE: powerpoint
Hi Vivien
As a very quick suggestion try this:
Select View, Slide Master.
Hover over the two slides which have different heading formatting from the others
A tool tip should tell you which slide master is being used by these two.
Go to that slide master layout (ed Title only)
Click on the heading text box (on the the edge of the placeholder)
Press Ctrl + Spacebar
That should reset the font formatting to the one used by the Slide Master.
If it doesn't work you could try pressing the Reset button on slides in Normal view (not master view) to remove direct fomatting on a slide.
Please let me know if this worked,
thanks

PowerPoint tip:Showing all menu itemsIf you go into a pull down menu you usally find that you get a selection of items(this is the default) or sometimes everything. If you only get a selectiopn you have to go to the double arrows at the bottom of the menu and click it to get all of the hidden items. |
