Outlook Express 2010
Hi
I am constructing an email in Outlook 2010 to send out to companies. I was worried that the formatting would be different when I send it to other email clients. I sent the file to myself at Gmail and as I thought, the formatting was all off. What is the easiest way I can get around this please, and ensure what I see in my 'new email' window when constructing is exactly what the recipients sees.
Many thanks,
Richard
RE: Outlook Express 2010
Hi Richard,
Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
When you construct an email, I believe there should be a format tab and choose HTML format as that should keep all the formatting and allow you to add bullets etc.
I hope this answers your questions.
Regards
Simon
