Thank you for your question regarding how many duplicate masters can be made.

PowerPoint does not quote any specific limits for duplicate masters that I know of. I made twenty duplicate masters as a test without any issues which I'm sure you could have done yourself.

I'm not sure how many masters you would need, but I believe that PowerPoint will be able meet your requirements.
