Outlook 2007 white paper enveloppe icon

Hello,

I use outlook 2007.
Not sure why but when i drag/drop emails (enveloppe icon in outlook) to desktop or to windows explorer folder , the envelop icon becomes a "white paper icon" .... not sure why ...

I have right click on icon and tried to change property/type of file ..... but no chance ....still "white paper" icon ....

That is annoying as he does not look a outlook file anymore ...

Any idea ?

Thank yo very much in advance

Eric

RE: outlook 2007 white paper enveloppe icon

Hello Eric,

Thank you for your question regarding Outlook folders.

I have tried dragging folders from Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 from outlook to the desktop and don't get a white folder but end up with a yellow folder looking like an envelope.

It's possible that your operating system may be the reason why you are getting a white folder.

Try this on a computer using a different operating system to see what result you get.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.
