hi
when taking a screen shot is there any way that you can scroll down the page so that the whole page will be included and not just what you can see on the screen at that time?

Hi Jenny, thanks for your query. Sadly not, is the answer - that's why it's called a screen shot. Users get around this by taking multiple screenshots and bolting them together in Word which is fiddly, but works.
Another solution is to PDF the page you're interested in, open the PDF and then save it out as a jpg. The result is one long jpg of the whole page.
