RE: auto-archiving in 2010

Hello Jenny,

Thank you for your question regarding using Autoarchive in Outlook 2010.

I use Outlook 2010 and basically started by right-clicking the Inbox folder, choosing Properties then selecting the AutoArchive tab. From there you need to choose either default settings which you can modify or choose the third radio buttion where you can make up your own settings.

If you have done this properly there is no reason why it should not work for you.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.

Outlook tip:

Showing all menu items

If you go into a pull down menu you usally find that you get a selection of items(this is the default) or sometimes everything. If you only get a selectiopn you have to go to the double arrows at the bottom of the menu and click it to get all of the hidden items.
To turn this off so that you always get everything, go to Tools / Customize / Options Tab / "Always show full menus". Make sure there is a tick in the box and you will always have every item.
