Export from Shared Outlook Calendar

Is it possible to export information from a shared calendar in Outlook to an Excel file? If so, how?

RE: Export from Shared Outlook Calendar

Hi Richard,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

If you go to File and then Import and Export. Choose Export to a file.

Choose Comma Separated Values (DOS) for Microsoft Excel or Microsoft and then select the Microsoft Outlook calendar. Type in a name for the sheet.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

RE: Export from Shared Outlook Calendar

Hi Simon

Thanks for your response.

I have tried following your steps, however the calendar I wish to export from is not in my mailbox and I am unable to select it on the list.

What are the steps in this case?

Richard

RE: Export from Shared Outlook Calendar

Hi Richard,

Thank you for your response.

I have just spoken to a colleague and he said that you could possibly attach the shared calendar to an email and then save the calendar file in a drive on your pc.

Maybe then try and use Import/Export and then choose the file. I will test it out this afternoon.

The alternative is to write some VBA code which would be beyond the scope of the forum.

Regards

Simon
