Merging two powerpoint presentations

Hi

Can you remind me how to merge two powerpoint presentations together and how to have the font size consistent?

Many thanks

RE: Merging two powerpoint presentations

Hi Faye, thanks for your query and welcome to the forum. Position the cursor in the slide sorter where you want the incoming slides to go. Then, in the drop down beneath New Slide chose "resuse slides". Browse to the incoming presentation file and select it, you should get a preview of the slides. Remember to tick "Keep Source Formatting" at the bottom of the panel, as this will stop any of the formatting changing when the slides are brought in. Click on the slides individually to insert, or right click to insert the whole presentation.

If you don't choose "Keep Source Formatting", the incoming slides will be formatted according to the Slide Master of the main presentation. You'll have to tidy them up but the font size will be consistent with the formatting in the main presentation.

Hope this helps,

Anthony
