How do you interlink shapes eg circles etc.

Hi Jackie, thanks for your query. The answer depends on what you mean by "interlink". If you simply mean lines drawn connecting the circles together, use the connectors option on the Shapes dropdown. This will connect the circles and keep them connected even if the circles move.
However, to "glue" the circles together you need to group them. Easies way to do this is to make sure both are selected, then right-click on the frame of one of them and choose the Group option. The circles will now operate as one single object.

PowerPoint tip:Showing all menu itemsIf you go into a pull down menu you usally find that you get a selection of items(this is the default) or sometimes everything. If you only get a selectiopn you have to go to the double arrows at the bottom of the menu and click it to get all of the hidden items. |
