Cannot find the .NK2 file in system. how to creat the file.

Hi Kurinchi, thanks for your query. This file is usually saved in a hidden folder (details below). It is associated with the Autocomplete function and if it is damaged or corrupt Outlook should rebuild it automatically on reopen. More information here:

Change start-up view – Outlook 2010

a. In Outlook, click on the File tab
b. Select Options from left hand side
c. Click on Advanced
d. In the Outlook start and exit section, click on the Browse button and locate the view you want Outlook to display at start up (e.g Unread Mail)
e. Select that view and click OK on the Select Folder dialog box
f. Click OK on the Outlook Options dialog box to confirm your changes.
