Reusing multiple slides

Hi,

is there are way to bulk select multiple slides to reuse between ppt presentations? in the old (XP) version, you could select multiple slides by holding down shift but this option doesn't seem to work in the new "reuse" window

Thanks,
Claire

RE: Reusing multiple slides

Hi

Claire, you are right the ability to select slides by holding down the shift key or ctrl key has now gone. All I can suggest is that once you have selected the file you want to reuse and you can see its slides in the reuse pane right-click on one of the slides and select Insert All Slides.

Hope that helps

Thanks

Newson
