Smart Art

How do you ensure that your smart art comes out in the correct order and how do you reorder it?

RE: Smart Art

Reordering the smart art by dragging around the objects won't really work. Amend the smart art by copying a label from the text pane and pasting it to another level on the text pane.

What i am basically saying is swap the labels around since in 99% of cases the shapes will be the same. You can also do this by selecting the actual labels in the shape.

To select the labels in the shape double click on the label
The label now should be highlighted
Right click on the highlighted label and select cut
Double click on the label you want to replace (having copied it somewhere first) it should be highlighted
Right click and select paste

I hope that helps

thanks

PowerPoint tip:

Multiple Presentations

You can open as many presentations as your computer memory can handle, this is good for copying slides from one to another. To view all open presentations on screen, use the Window, Arrange All command. To scroll through all open windows one after another use the Ctrl+F6 command.
