Outlook shared calendar appointment tracking/history
While looking in a shared calendar, by accident, I moved an apponment in someone else's calendar. I could see I had modified it but how can I see the previous time and date, prior to my moving it? or is there a quick way to reverse the last change made to a calendar?
RE: Outlook shared calendar appointment tracking/history
Hi Polly, thanks for the query. There is no tracking of appointments switched on by default in Outlook, so if you move the appointment elsewhere it won't record the precise details of that change. The only way to track the change backwards would be if the appointment details (time and duration etc) were recorded in the body text of the appointment itself. You can undo the last change using the Undo tool, but this gets increasingly difficult to do when shared profiles are in use.
Hope this helps,
Anthony
