How can I change a colour of an e-mail that comes in from in boss so that I know to read/answer those e-mails quickly? Thanks

RE: incoming e-mails

Hi Katherine,

Thank you for your question.

Navigate to your Inbox and go to Tools and Organise.

Select the Using Colours option on the left.

Select From and then type the name of the person as it is written in the address book and finally choose a colour.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

Outlook tip:

Change what you see when Outlook opens

Instead of viewing your emails when you first open Outlook, you can change the settings so that your startup view is different.

Here's how:

1. Go to Tools - Options - Other.

2. Change the startup folder under General Settings (e.g. to Calendar).

3. Click OK.
