Please provide a very short overview on 2007

RE: Power Point

Hello Lynda

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

The main differences between PowerPoint 2007 and 2003 are how the interface is arranged (2007 uses the 'ribbon' interface in place of menu and tool bars); and 2007 has improved graphic effects (for charts, tables, pictures and diagrams).

For a summary of the new/enhanced features of PowerPoint 2007, please see

Kind regards
Amanda

PowerPoint tip:

Change The Powerpoint view to 16:9 ratio

In PowerPoint you can adjust the 'Page Setup' commands to change the height and/or width of the page - changing the aspect ratio.

You can make it so that the effect on screen will look similaar to the letterbox films that you see on TV - with black space above and below the picture.

Choose 'File' menu, select 'Page Setup'.

Make the Width 64 cm and the Height 36 cm.

Click OK
