How do you turn the "pointer" into a pen? So that you can "draw" on your presentation as you give it?
Hi Ros,
Thank you for the question, when you are doing a Powerpoint presentation if you press Ctrl and P that will turn you pointer into a pen.

To insert text within an Autoshape, just start typing once the shape has been drawn. To wrap the text, double-click the shape and turn on Word Wrap Text in Autoshape in the Text Box tab.
