How do I transfer an excel or word file into a slide?

RE: Powerpoint

Hi Gillian, thanks for the query. Try going to the Insert tab and select the "Object" icon. Then select the "create from file" tickbox and navigate to the file you want to insert. When you've found it, click on OK and an instance of Word or Excel will be created on your slide with the material visible in it. There are all sorts of stability and best practice issues around this, but that is a simple way to achieve what you need.

Hope this helps,

Anthony
