Hi Chris. Thanks for your query. On slides in PPT 2007 you'll notice a greyed out "film can" icon in the centre of the screen. You can either click this and navigate to your video file, or click on the Insert tab and then the same icon. Remember that compression can be an issue with inserting video files and double-checking they work on the venue machine is always wise!

Short cut tips

Instead of just seeing the default setting of screentip names, when you place the mouse pointer over the toolbar, you can also see the keyboard short cut for accessing the button as well.

To this click on Tools, Customise, options tab.

Under Other you will see the option of Show shortkeys in screentip
