Problem PPT shuting down

Hi, I am working with PPT 2007 and it's great but I am experiencing a big problem: it shuts off everything very often. How can I avoid this to happen? I was told it might be due to my document being too heavy (many graphs, pictures, advanced features), it that normal?

RE: Problem PPT shuting down

Hi Florence, thanks for your query. If your machine is crashing when you are creating complex presentations it is more likely due to a lack of RAM on your machine or conflicts between Office and other installed software. Try opening and working on the presentation on another machine and see if the same thing happens. If the presentation is stable, the problem lies with your hardware.

Hope this helps,

Anthony
