can you interlink two powerpoint presentations

RE: Powerpoint

Hello Christine

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Can you please provide a bit more detail on how you would like/imagine you might be able to interlink two presentations with each other?

Kind regards
Amanda

RE: Powerpoint

what i mean is can I show two presentations at the same time eg one slide going into another slide but not from the same presentation. If that makes sense.

RE: Powerpoint

Hi Christine.

Thank you for clarifying your question for me.

You can create a hyperlink that will open one presentation from another, but it would go straight to the first slide in the presentation that was opened.

You can also use a feature called Insert Slide from File to copy slides from one presentation into another.

Go to Insert - Slide from File, click Browse to select the presentation you'd like to borrow the slide/s from, then select the slide or slides you'd like to insert. If you want the slides to look exactly the same as they do in the presentation you are borrowing them from, then tick the box that says 'Keep source formatting'.

Then click Insert.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards
Amanda
