Hi Jenny
Thank you for your question.
From the Insert menu choose Object then select Create from file and browse to the Excel spreadsheet you would like insert.
PowerPoint will insert an Excel object. If you double click on the inserted sheet you can then select which sheet of the workbook is displayed.
