how can I reformat the whole presentation e.g change all the font to red arial

Hi Tracy,
Thank you for your question.
If you change to the Slide Master view and select the top slide master. Select the Title placeholder and Bullets placeholder(Ctrl+click) and go to the Home tab and select Arial and change the font colour to red.
You will have to then go to the Title slide layout master(2nd one down) and select the Master Subtitle placeholder and apply the same formattting as above.

PowerPoint tip:Paste a web address into the hyperlink address fieldIf you copy a web address the only way to paste into the address field of the hyperlink box is to use CTRL + V. Right click paste does not work. |
